Will Stripe, PayPal, Amazon US, Shopify, and US payroll platforms accept this?

The account works for most platforms that accept ACH or wire payouts. Stripe US specifically requires a US tax ID for the merchant entity, which is a Stripe rule independent of where the receiving bank sits. Most marketplace payouts, B2B receivables, and SaaS invoicing flow through cleanly.

Does receiving USD into a Woalet account create a US tax obligation or FBAR/FATCA issue?

For non-US persons, receiving USD doesn't create a US tax filing requirement on its own. US-source income (services performed in the US, US real estate, certain royalties) may be subject to US withholding regardless of where the bank account sits - Form W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E governs this. For US persons holding the account, FBAR (FinCEN 114) and FATCA reporting may apply depending on aggregate foreign account balances; consult a US tax adviser. Woalet's regulated status doesn't change your reporting obligations.
